Another fun wedding completed, this one from Hinkley, MN! Mariah and Shaun were great fun, even if on arrival Mariah made me feel like I had just been handed homework with a four page list of formal shots she wanted! Made for a fun moment to laugh over, but in all honesty was not a bad idea in any way, as it made certain that we got every picture she really wanted to have to remember her big day! We got some prep shots and then pictures of the ladies at Mariah’s parents home, which I must say was a photographers dream! Her folks had a beautiful back yard with lots of little spots filled with items that made for great backdrops for the pictures we were taking! Mariah made for a beautiful bride and all in all her wedding day progressed very smoothly. Once I got the the guys for their pictures we had more fun, as we took all the shots of the guys they had fun with it and by the time we got the the around the corner picture everyone was starting to feel the jitters, though some of the corner shots were my favorites of the day, especially the peek-a-boo picture in this blog. 
Once the reception began the party kicked off. Soon after it got dark I saw the grooms brothers approaching wearing no shirts, just their vests. Apparently there had been a golf cart incident leaving their shirts wet. It was the start of a fun evening, including the first dance which was not traditional, but was certainly fun to watch! All in all this wedding was great fun to take pictures of and I’m thankful to have been invited to take part in their day.
