Mike & Alanna are just a super sweet and easy couple to be around. They seem so comfortable in their love for each other that nothing is weird or awkward. We did their engagement session at a family cabin right before sunset and it is still one of my favorite sessions to this day! They cuddled in a blanket, danced on a dock and whispered secrets on a blue canoe.
We started the day out at a church in Siren. This church had more hallways and passageways then I’ve ever seen before. It was a little confusing 😀 After a short and sweet ceremony we headed to the local park to get some more bridal and formal shots.

While we were at the park I had to dodge boats being launched but we had a great time 😀

We had to reenact a little mishap from the bachelor party 🙂 Apparently you shouldn’t get in between two guys on a bus.

Then we walked around and did a few romantic shots with the new Mr. & Mrs.

Then we headed off to the reception hall where we had a blast. The venue was wonderful, the food was great and the lighting was amazing.

Then we moved out onto the dance floor and busted a few moves including the chicken dance and the twist 😉

Alanna tries to put on the breaks during the garter search 😀
